New accomplishment!!!

Sitting up by himself from laying on the floor and pulling himself to a sitting position!  

Happy half bday!!! 6 months old!

Since his 4 mo visit he has grown 2 inches, gained 2 pounds and his big noggin is 1 inch larger!!!  He also loves apples, is trying to crawl, sleeps in his crib 50% of the time, has friends from baby story time, likes playing peekaboo, likes bath time now, and is sitting in a shopping cart like a big boy!  Cruz is the light of my life. Although I am beyond tired from fragmented sleep I love to watch him sleep. I love to comfort him. I love when he falls asleep in my arms. I love to make him laugh. This little boy is more than I could've ever imagined. I am so proud to be his mommy.  Happy half birthday baby boy!!!  I love you!!!

Cosleeping, cranky, coffee, crying ...

Well I am not out of the 5th leap yet. I have a cranky baby that likes to sleep with mommy lately. Cruz is teething and he's working on crawling. He's mister moody too. Poor baby. It's hard being a baby!  

More for 8/20!!

We visited daddy at work and when we came home I noticed that Cruz was making chewing motions with his mouth so he had apples. An entire container. This is the most solid food he's ever eaten!!!

Milestone achieved!

Cruz can put the pacifier in his mouth on his own!!!  Oh and he took a nap in the crib!!  Yey Cruz!

Miracle

It has been a while since I have talked about this but I think about it a lot. On February 28th you (Cruz) entered the world. Since then the world has been a different place for me. I am now a mom. All I think about day and night in you. My baby. This night when you were born I experienced a miracle.  Ever since then I have thought about pregnancy, births, and life differently. I love you my little baby. You amaze me every day. I will do everything I can to help you through life. I will give you advice. You might not listen. I will tuck you into bed as much as I can. You go to sleep at night and I miss you. You are the light of my world. Daddy loves you so much. Kayden and Tayton think you are great and of course your Grandmothers love you dearly. I love you precious baby. See you in the morning!
